The museum staff organizes the scientific conferences. They deliver lectures and
scientific reports at the conferences in IMLI named after M.Gorky, at literary museums,
they publish articles in magazines ‘Voprosy philologii’, ‘Mir muzeya’,
‘Literaturnoye obozrenie’, ‘Nashe nasledie’ and in various museum and regional
digests.
The museum has been involved into the publishing activity since
1990. A booklet ‘Shakchmatovo’, album with the engravings of V.S.Kitayev had been
already published, and the non-periodic edition ‘Shakchmatovsky
vestnik’ has been issued.:
